I ordered service Multi-SIM. AND I asked to send me TWO SIM CARDS for data/internet (as it described on web site).
FIRST delivery didn't come at all (SEUR, order was canceled).
SECOND delivery came up, but SIM card doesn't working (does not connecting to any cellular network, maybe blocked).
I called in support by phone. NO ONE speaks ENGLISH, that is sad, service is just awful. COULD SOMEONE HELP ME RESOLVE THE PROBLEM ??!
Indeed, by phone we currently offer support in Spanish, but here we can attend in English too.
Did you already receive the cards? Do you want me to take a look?
