Let’s try a few basic checks to resolve the issue with your WiFi:

  1. Restart the router/modem:

    • Turn off the router by unplugging it from the power source.
    • Wait for 30 seconds before plugging it back in.
    • After that, wait for the router lights to stabilize and try connecting again.
  2. Check the fiber connection:

    • Ensure the fiber cable is properly connected to both the router and the fiber box on the wall.
    • If the fiber cable is bent or damaged, this can affect the connection. If you notice it’s bent, replace it with the spare cable that comes in the router’s box. Be careful not to bend it too much, as fiber cables are delicate and can break.
    • If everything seems fine after checking the cable, another option is to reset the router to factory settings. To do this, find the reset button (usually at the back of the router) and hold it down for at least 10 seconds. Keep in mind this will erase any custom settings.

Let us know how it goes!
